Event Details
Join DutchCham's first virtual seminar to discuss the current state of the coronavirus outbreak, current government policies, regulatory risks, employee movement and how to manage this crisis for your company.
Our three speakers will highlight different angles in crisis management.
Consul General of the Netherlands, Ms Annemieke Ruigrok, will zoom in on actions taken by the Dutch and Hong Kong governments to minimise the risk of spreading of the virus, whereas Employment Partner Mr Russell Bennett will dive into the issues and consequences that employers and employees may face in the context of the current legal framework (how to handle remote-work, furlough, protection from termination, protection of personal data, and so on). Our third speaker, Mr James Ellender, has spent the past two decades working in the risk, intelligence and the security industry. He will share with you how to better protect your people, property and assets, and crucially, how to make the correct, rationalised decisions in times of crisis, critical or major incidents.
