    Diane is Rabobank’s Chief Executive Officer, Asia. Based in Hong Kong since September 2017, she is responsible for managing Rabobank’s operations and activities in Asia. She combines this role with the General Manager’s role for the Rabobank Hong Kong Branch. Ms. Diane Boogaard has an extensive career in banking and commodity trade finance.  She joined Rabobank in 2006 as the Global Head of Trade and Commodity Finance for Rabobank. In 2014, she was appointed to Global Head Wholesale Product Clients, responsible for all specialised wholesale activities and financial markets within Rabobank. From 1995 till 1998 she worked in Singapore as General Manager, Fortis. From 1998 till 2014, she was the Global Head Trade and Commodity Finance (8 years with Fortis and 8 years with Rabobank).

    Yoann El Jaouhari has nearly 20 years’ experience working within the media, research and advertising industry, gained through a number of positions he has held in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Yoann holds a master’s degree in Economics Engineering and Statistics awarded by 2 Universities in France and in the UK.

    He joined the JCDecaux Paris HQ in 2005. He contributed to the success of JCDecaux France in paving the way for the OOH industry, delivered excellent market gains against other media, and was heading a team of over 20 people, overseeing design, audience, research and strategic planning. In 2009, he moved to Dubai where, following 2 promotions, he was appointed as Managing Director for JCDecaux Dubai & Northern Emirates. During his tenure in the Middle-East, Yoann expanded the company footprint on the digital and street furniture business, received international recognition and awards for work completed under his direction, and has become a regular lecturer to students studying Masters of Media, Communications and Marketing at the Paris Sorbonne University of Abu Dhabi.

    On March 2016, Yoann was made Managing Director of JCDecaux Cityscape Hong Kong and Macau, responsible for the Group’s Tramcar, Street Furniture and Bus Body advertising businesses.

    Glenn has over 24 years of experience in the engineering and construction of complex capital projects, corporate business transformation and organizational management.
    In his current role, as Chief Executive Officer for Arcadis Asia, Glenn leads the eleven-country region in delivering robust financial performance and sustainable growth. Under his direction, he has increased the emphasis on operational excellence, accelerating the integration of Arcadis’ global service offerings, strengthening our People First culture and enhancing client focus.
    Before moving to Hong Kong, Glenn was with Fluor Corporation, a FORTUNE 500® listed company that specializes in global engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and maintenance holding various senior leadership roles. In his last role, as Vice President, Project Director, he oversaw the largest single contract of the iconic RAPID project.
    Glenn graduated as mechanical engineer from the University of Alberta. After starting his profession in North America, Glenn has been internationally based since 2002 including multiple assignments in Europe, South-East Asia and Saudi Arabia.

    Leonie has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations. She joined Google in 2014 as APAC Director of Customer Experience. Prior to joining Google, Leonie was Executive Vice President, Customer Service & Operations at CSL Limited. Earlier, she held the position of Chief of Staff for Telstra International Group, and was a member of the Executive Leadership Team charged with managing Telstra Corp’s business growth and assets outside of Australia and New Zealand.
    Leonie holds an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship of Swinburne University, a Master’s Degree in Communication Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Science from Melbourne University. Since moving to Hong Kong six years ago, her studies have focused on mastering the basics of Cantonese and Mandarin.

    Ruud relocated to Hong Kong in September 2017 as the leader for PwC‘s Asia insurance practice. Additionally, Ruud is also the lead relationship partner for a global European insurance company operating across the Asia region. Before moving to Hong Kong, Ruud held similar leadership roles for PwC on major European insurers in Germany and in The Netherlands. Ruud started his career as an academic teaching international and European taxation in 1989 at the Erasmus University and did a PhD. In 1995 Ruud worked in Rome for the law firm Studio Fantozzi and joined PwC in 1997. Between 2002 and 2005 Ruud was with PwC in NY focusing on Dutch listed Multinationals and US Multinationals with investments in Europe and the US. While being in Amsterdam between 2005 and 2014 Ruud was leading a cross industry group focusing on listed Multinationals.
