The Dutch Chamber SME Committee, in collaboration with MOL & PARTNERS, invites entrepreneurs in Hong Kong to an engaging and practical financial training program tailored specifically for SME owners: Finance for SMEs. This program simplifies key financial concepts and equips you with the tools to navigate your company's finances confidently.

About the training:

This program is divided into three interactive sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, covering the essentials of the three financial statements:

Session 1 (12 March 2025): Profit & Loss (P&L) Statement

• Learn how to assess your business performance, track expenses, and interpret key metrics such as EBIT and COGS.

Session 2 (26 March 2025): Balance Sheet

• Understand your company's financial position, Assets, Liability; Shareholder Current Accounts; liquidity, and solvency, with actionable insights.

Session 3 (29 April 2025): Cash Flow Forecast and Recap

• Master cash flow management and forecasting for sustainability and growth.
• Includes a recap of previous sessions and demonstrates how the three financial statements connect.

How to join?

You have the option to either join the entire training of three sessions or join individual sessions. Joining the entire cycle of three sessions has the benefits – next to gaining a full understanding of finance for SME – of paying a lower price and receiving a certificate.
