Willem has about 25 years practical experience in tax planning and trust related work. He is specialised in offering advice on various tax issues, e.g. tax efficient shareholding structures, application of double tax treaties, identification of tax risks, transfer pricing, (automatic) exchange of information and HK offshore non-taxable claim. Further, he has experience with resolving tax disputes between tax authorities and clients.
