He works closely with large law firms and General Counsel for matters which have a Hong Kong or Asian dimension. Dmitri specializes in advising clients on regulatory and litigation matters involving data privacy concerns, forensic investigative needs, cyber breach, electronic discovery, data mapping, evidence management, document review and analysis.

He has more than 15 years of experience in ISS: he has previously held the position of CISO in a company specialized in dematerialization and electronic archiving of sensitive data, where he led the ISO 27001
certification.

Subsequently consultant in ISS and director of a center of expertise, he
performed many technical and governance audits, provided support to reach legal or normative compliance, defined strategic security roadmaps, particularly in the banking sector.
