Join the Dutch Chamber's First GBA Visit to Guangzhou!

We're excited to announce the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong's first official visit to Guangzhou! This full-day programme includes a visit to the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, featuring a lunch roundtable with Dutch entrepreneurs in the region.

Participants will also enjoy exclusive company visits to HeyGears and EHang, two leading innovators in advanced 3D manufacturing and autonomous aviation.

The day will conclude with networking drinks at the Residence of the Consul General—a unique opportunity to connect and reflect in a relaxed setting.

Arrival and Seminar:

• 9:30: meeting at Guangzhou East Station
• 10:30: arrival & coffee at the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
• 10:45: seminar on the development of GBA investment environment and policies, with Antoni Mandemaker (Deputy Consul General) and Ms. Lilly Li, Partner, Tax, KPMG China.
• 11:45: lunch Roundtable (with Dutch entrepreneurs from Guangzhou) topic: local business circumstances in the GBA/Hong Kong.

Afternoon: Company visits:

• 13:00 – 13:40 Consulate office building – Huangpu District Planning Exhibition Hall
• 13:40 – 14:10 visit the Exhibition Hall
• 14:10 – 14:30 transfer to HeyGears
• 14:30 – 15:20 company visit HeyGears
• 15:20 – 15:50 transfer to EHang
• 15:50 – 16:40 company visit EHang

Evening and Reception:

• 17:30: arrival for drinks at the Residence of the Consul General
• 19:00: end of programme
• Optional: guided walk on Dutch Design, with Antoni Mandemaker nearby Canton Tower

Ticket conditions:

Tickets include participation, lunch and drinks during the programme. A ticket does not include travel to and from Guangzhou (e.g. train tickets).

Booking advice:

Train tickets can be booked two weeks in advance, starting from May 30. Our office team will take the train that departs from Hong Kong West Kowloon at 7:35 AM and arrives at Guangzhoudong (Guangzhou East) at 9:20 AM. Please arrive at least an hour early at HK West Kowloon station, especially if you have an international passport. The last train from Guangzhoudong (Guangzhou East) to HK West Kowloon Station leaves at 8:48 PM.
