The landscape of work has transformed significantly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As we transition into the post-COVID era, employers are facing the dual challenge of adopting hybrid working models while prioritizing employee wellbeing. Additionally, the scarcity in the labour market is introducing new complexities to workforce management.
This online presentation aims to provide insights how an employer can navigate these challenges by turning them into opportunities to reimagine our policies.
For AXA Belgium this resulted in an employee value proposition (EVP) that helps them to be more attractive in this evolving landscape.
Next to the more traditional elements such as reward in the broadest way and mobility taking into account the climate challenges, this EVP also consists of a flexible hybrid working policy next to a wellbeing program that prioritizes both mental and physical health of the employees.
