Leadership Coach / Managing Director of GLTD Ltd.Prior to starting my Leadership Coaching company GLTD Ltd., I set up
M2Leisure Asia in Shanghai and worked with a great team of Chinese
and European project managers and architects to help Asian investors
and Chinese government develop their tourism projects.
Before moving to China, I worked for a consultancy company
supporting top 100 clients in the Netherlands. In my role as consultant
& project manager, I lead process improvement teams and
implemented new ways of working with for instance large tech
companies like NXP, ASML.
As a Trainer/Facilitator and Leadership Coach I now work with senior
management teams and corporate executives on topics like cross cultural collaboration, change management and enhancing personal
effectiveness. Working out of Hong Kong, I now primarily focus on
helping business leaders thrive in Asia.
