Event Details

The DutchCham Tax committee organises again a round table discussion to address some of the recent developments.

Obtaining a certificate of tax residence (CoR) from tax authorities worldwide has become rather burdensome. This includes the Hong Kong tax authorities, as they also have become more stringent and reluctant when it comes down to the issuance of such tax certificate.

During this breakfast meeting Willem-Jan Hoogland of HKWJ Tax Law & Partners will, by means of a case scenario, share the basics and related issues of obtaining a CoR from the Hong Kong tax authorities.

This round table will be interactive and offers lots of room for Q&A and discussion. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, raise concerns or share other tax developments. When time allows, other international tax topics such as tax substance in the Netherlands and/or CRS will also be subjected to a group discussion.

All members of Dutch Tax Platform are invited to join us at this breakfast round table discussion.
