Stefano Passarello
CVO at Monx TeamStefano Passarello is a multifaceted entrepreneur, financier and innovation mentor. Based in Hong Kong and traveling frequently between China and Europe, Stefano has helped hundreds of businesses to successfully enter the Asia market and scale their operations. He founded People & Projects (P&P) in 2006 and scaled it to ten offices serving 1500 clients, before it was acquired by Hawksford in 2018. In 2022, Stefano founded Monx Team, a new frontier of professional service provider supporting fast-growing companies and entrepreneurs with ultra-personalized, time-effective, and tech-enabled services.
Stefano’s core strength in numbers gained him a strong reputation in the finance and technology sectors. He was the Treasurer and Board of Directors of the Italian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong, Vice Chairman of the Chamber’s Retail Committee, as well as Startup Mentor at multiple accelerators. In 2017, Stefano founded StartIT.Asia, an innovative program organized by the Italian Consulate General in Hong Kong to attract and select high potential Italian startups to come to Hong Kong and China. To this day he still holds the prestigious position and is one of the most active Italian businessmen in Hong Kong.
Stefano is a record-breaking long-distance runner and Ironman World Champion Qualifier and record holder.
At last, he founded two health retreats for Entrepreneurs and longevity seekers as the Kapuhala Projects (kapuhalasamui.com). His goal is to extend live for people, entrepreneurs and organizations and gather the coolest business people of the planet to share experience and projects.
