Lucy is a senior member of PwC’s Crypto & FinTech team based in Hong Kong, Co-Chair of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong’s Blockchain Committee and founder of Women in Crypto (HK).

PwC’s global crypto team has over 150 professionals active in 25 countries and offers a “one stop shop” solution for crypto clients. As part of PwC’s crypto business in Asia, Lucy advises many of the world’s leading crypto exchanges, crypto funds, crypto custodians and token issuers on a broad range of matters from regulatory and tax through to strategy and capital raising. She also advises many of the world’s leading financial institutions on their crypto initiatives as well as governments, regulators and central banks on regulatory and policy matters.

As a global keynote speaker Lucy regularly presents at industry events and has been featured in mainstream media around the world including CNBC, Fortune, Nikkei Daily, Coindesk, ANT1 TV and multiple Chinese media channels.

Prior to joining PwC, Lucy spent 15 years in banking and asset management in London and Singapore. She worked for Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Schroders, Kleinwort Benson and spent her early career working in journalism with ABC News.

Lucy was born and raised in Hong Kong. She graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Modern History and holds a Type 6 license with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong for advising on corporate finance activities. Lucy became a Chartered Wealth Manager in 2015.
