Deborah joined BNY Mellon Investment Management in August 2017 based in Hong Kong. She is the Head of Institutional Distribution APAC Ex Japan, and Consultant Relations APAC. Deborah is an Executive Director and Responsible Officer for the businesses regulated activities (Type 1, 4 and 9).
Deborah has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, having worked in both asset consulting and asset management businesses. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Deborah was an Executive Director and the Investments Business Leader for Mercer Investments (HK) Limited, where she was responsible for leading its investment team and activity across North Asia Ex Japan. She was also a Responsible Officer for the SFC Type 1 and 4 regulated activities of the business.
Prior to this, Deborah spent eight years at Pioneer Global Investments (HK) Limited, as an Executive Director and Head of Institutional Business, Asia where she was responsible for developing and managing key relationships with both institutional clients and investment consultants. Prior to that she spent six years at Royal & Sun Alliance International Insurance as General Manager for Asia.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from The University of Hull, a Post Graduate Diploma in Independent Non-Executive Directorship from the Financial Times and she is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Ruud relocated to Hong Kong in September 2017 as the leader for PwC‘s Asia insurance practice. Additionally, Ruud is also the lead relationship partner for a global European insurance company operating across the Asia region. Before moving to Hong Kong, Ruud held similar leadership roles for PwC on major European insurers in Germany and in The Netherlands. Ruud started his career as an academic teaching international and European taxation in 1989 at the Erasmus University and did a PhD. In 1995 Ruud worked in Rome for the law firm Studio Fantozzi and joined PwC in 1997. Between 2002 and 2005 Ruud was with PwC in NY focusing on Dutch listed Multinationals and US Multinationals with investments in Europe and the US. While being in Amsterdam between 2005 and 2014 Ruud was leading a cross industry group focusing on listed Multinationals.

Andrew Tsui is the Chairman of Korn/Ferry International’s Hong Kong and Southern China offices.

With more than two decades of executive search experience, Mr. Tsui is an active member of the firm’s Board & CEO Practice. He recruits board, CEO & other C Level executives for a wide range of industries, financial services and for the public sector.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1996, Mr. Tsui spent 10 years with another top five global search firm, where he was head of Asia Pacific financial services & Co-Head of Hong Kong.

Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Tsui was Vice President for Irving Trust Company and Financial Controller for SHK Securities. Earlier, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Canada and Greater China.

Mr. Tsui holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Hong Kong and is a CPA of Canada and Hong Kong.
Apart from leading board and C level searches for Asian companies, Mr Tsui frequently serves as the key member in Asia for global board CEO search teams.

Mr Tsui served on the Board of The Shenzhen Duty Free Shops which is a State-Owned Enterprise in China and the board of Asian Capital Holdings Limited in Hong Kong. He was an advisory committee member for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

Mr Tsui has been on the Panel of Assessors for The Hong Kong Institute of Directors Annual Awards evaluating boards and directors. He is a Hong Kong committee member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Mr Tsui frequently lectures and consults on C Level & Board appointments, Corporate Governance and Board Compensation matters.

Sandra co-founded Girls Just Wanna Have Fund$, a For-Impact Organisation dedicated to achieving financial independence for women+. Furthermore she is Managing Director of Centrium Advisory.

Sandra is a lawyer by training but investor at heart. She has a global portfolio of various asset classes derived from actively investing in deep technology opportunities, investment funds, and real estate. She is a frequent public speaker and thought leader on the topics of fund formation, decentralized ledger technology and its disruptive impact on the legal & financial markets, and the regulation of digital assets. She has made a commitment to mentor and pass on her knowledge to future generations.

Sandra is currently the Chairperson & President of the Association of Corporate Counsels Hong Kong, elected to be part of the Board of Directors & Executive Committee since 2017 as Treasurer. She is a member of the ACC Blockchain Steering Committee, Innovative and Emerging Technology Sub-Committee, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and a Mentor at The Women's Foundation in Hong Kong.

Sandra was the former Head of Legal & Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for Mercer Investments (HK) Limited. She is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Wu is admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.

She specializes in VC/ Hedge fund/private equity fund formation, corporate law, and Mergers & Acquisitions, both in traditional assets and alternative assets.
