His Hong Kong Government advisory functions include the Harbourfront Commission. Paul has a Masters in Social Science (Economics) from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and a Masters of Arts (Transport Policy and Planning) from The University of Hong Kong. William Davies
General Manager at Sustainability Swire Coca-Cola LtdWilliam Davies currently heading Sustainability for Swire Coca-Cola Ltd, the fifth largest bottler for The Coca-Cola Company, which has the franchise rights for Southern Chinese mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan and a part of the Western US. Mr Davies has been with the Swire Group for 24 years, worked across a number of their operating companies in shipping, trucking, agriculture and aircraft maintenance, in a number of countries. Mr Davies is also the Chairman of New Life Plastics, a PET & HDPE recycling facility based in the EcoPark, Tuen Mun, scheduled to open later this year. He is based in Hong Kong, holds a M.Sc in Physiology from St Andrews University, UK.

She has a track record of deep and broad client service in the space of Circular Economy and sustainability strategy and transformation, which she built up over 15 years at McKinsey & Company and Wealth of Flows. Before joining McKinsey, Helga worked as a scientific officer on REACH and Life Cycle Assessment issues with the European Commission’s European Chemicals Bureau. She was also a product manager in the high-tech and B2B software industry in Canada and Germany.
