Mini vandePol is the Head of Baker McKenzie's APAC Compliance & Investigations Group, after successfully completing four years as the Global Head. Mini's work engagements focus on a variety of risks including trade sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption and human rights violations related to supply chains and her experience covers investigations and risk management and mitigation in China, India and many other parts of Asia across a variety of industries. Mini has more than 30 years' experience and is the trusted advisor to the boards and audit committees of the Firm's most significant global clients — assisting them to establish and enhance their risk management programs and credibly investigate transgressions to support a strong commitment to a culture of compliance. In 2019 Mini was awarded "Woman Lawyer of the Year" in The Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards and "Best in White Collar Crime" Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards.

Jan Willem Möller is the current Chairman of the Dutch Chamber and a Partner at Tanner De Witt. He is a Dutch and Hong Kong qualified lawyer who specialises in corporate and commercial work, banking and finance matters and regulatory advisory. He has been working and living in Hong Kong since 2012.
