The DutchCham Tax committee is organising an online 15 minute' tax session, where we will focus on a few tax issues that should be addressed by all corporates and/or individuals before re-emigrating or moving to the Netherlands.
Focus will be, amongst others, on the management & control tests for companies, the valuation of prospective 'box 2 shares', pension schemes that have been build up outside of the Netherlands, the so-called 30% reimbursement rulings, etc.
The talk is followed by a question & answer session.
