Iris Pang joined ING in June 2017 as economist for Greater China. She is responsible for research on the macro-economic and industry trends in the Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Research reports from Iris are shared with ING clients on a regular basis. She is also often interviewed by the media and invited to contribute regular commentary.
Before joining ING, Iris held a similar position at Natixis between January 2016 and June 2017. Prior to that, she was with OCBC Wing Hang Bank in a similar role for almost a decade.

Iris holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Masters in Commerce (first class honours) from the University of Auckland, and a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of New South Wales.
Iris was an instructor at the Summer School for Applied Econometric of HKUST and taught distance learning programme on Modern China Economy at the Open University of Hong Kong.

Gordon is a Non-Executive Director of Hong Kong listed Meituan Dianping, Lenovo, and Swire Pacific and of Stockholm listed EQT. He is also a Non-Executive Director of several privately held China and UK based tech companies. Beyond these formal roles, he provides counsel to a small number of China focused entrepreneurs.
Gordon began his career at McKinsey in London. He moved to Hong Kong in 1993 and to Beijing a year later, opening McKinsey’s practice in China. Gordon led McKinsey’s Greater China practice for many years and was Chairman of McKinsey Asia from 2009 to 2014. Gordon was on McKinsey’s global board of directors from 2003 to 2015 with responsibilities for Asia, Governance and Risk. He retired from McKinsey in 2015 and is now a Senior Advisor.
Gordon Orr is Vice Chair of the China Britain Business Council, Senior Advisor to Chatham House on China and an Associate of the Oxford University China Centre.
Gordon writes regularly on China topics, mainly on LinkedIn where he has more than 1.7 million followers.

Frederik Gollob has only recently switched his career path after a 19-year career with Daimler AG / Mercedes-Benz AG focusing on Sales & Marketing in various senior leadership roles. Having lived in Beijing for over 7 years and the responsibility to build the strongest Dealer Network for Mercedes-Benz globally, he accumulated an extensive amount of knowledge of doing business in Asia. In 2018 he was appointed President & CEO of Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong. Since Oct 2020 Frederik joined one of the world’s biggest car dealer groups being responsible to build up the entire business model around selling and servicing electric vehicles in China. Besides, he co-founded the consulting company [hil-top] advisory HK Ltd. together with his wife Karen Gollob. The company focuses on Marketing Strategy, Analytics and Distribution topics.

Frederik is a Director within the German Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong since Nov 2018 and actively promoting industry interests within the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (EuroCham). Since Jan 2020 he is also the EuroCham Chairman. In his role he focusses on reforming the chamber into a strong and effective lobbying platform for European companies.
