Marius Wirtz is the Head of Marketing & Sales Asia Pacific for the Business Unit Polyurethanes and Senior Vice President at Covestro.

Before taking up this role, Marius was the Global Head of Commercial Operations for Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU), providing solutions for a variety of industries including sports & leisure, IT, automotive, compounding and films & coatings segments.

Marius started his professional career at Bayer AG in 2000 and has since then held positions in various functions including procurement, mergers & acquisitions, product management and marketing. He has been working in Asia since 2006.
