President at Continuity Group AsiaWillem Hoekstra has a long and leading experience in Crisis Management and Business Continuity Mananagent, heading teams in ABNAMRO, RBS, Societe Generale and Nomura. He was the leader of the WISE program: the Industry-wide crisis management simulation exercises for the financial industry in HK. In 2017, the senior management of 45 leading banks participated simultaneously in this 3 hour immersive tabletop simulation.
He now runs ContinuityGroup.Asia, an authorised training partner of the BCI, assisting companies to prepare for the unexpected.
