He advises the government, financial institutions, and both listed and private enterprises on sustainability. He also serves as a Board Member of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and chairs its ESG Committee.
Before transitioning to academia and advisory roles, Lapman was a Financial Services Partner at Deloitte and a Structured Finance Specialist at Rabobank.
