Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is an international independent organization that has pioneered sustainable reporting since 1997. Asthildur joined the organisation almost 13 years ago. In 2012 in her role as Deputy Director - Guidance, Support & Innovation, she led the Program management of various different work streams related to the development of the GRI G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines. Followed by a role as Interim Director Network Relations in which she was overseeing several regional offices globally. Since 2017, Asthildur is leading all GRI´s regional offices and is responsible for Programs Implementation.

Mark is a highly skilled programme manager with over ten years experience managing corporate sustainability projects, especially in the areas of CSR/sustainability reporting and community investment. At John Swire & Sons, Mark focuses on the rollout of a group-wide sustainability strategy and on sustainability disclosures. Previously, as Senior Manager of the ESG Advisory Department of BEC, he worked with a large number of MNC's and SME's on their ESG Reporting & policy development. In 2012, Mark was Manager of China Water Risk at ADM Capital Foundation, where his role involved writing water related thought leadership pieces and conducting sector specific research into water risk for finance companies. Mark completed a BSc (Hons) Biological Science Field Of StudyEcology, Conservation Science in 1998.
