Francis Au joined Arcadis in 1984 and became a Managing Director in 2012. In 2021, he was promoted to Growth Director Greater China. He is currently based in the Hong Kong office.
Francis has delivered projects in healthcare, hospitality, sport and leisure, commercial, retail, residential and industrial sectors. He has worked in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan and Vietnam delivering quantity surveying and project management services.
Francis heads the fitting out capability in the company and has specialist capability with financial services and hospitality clients.
Francis is currently a fellow of RICS, HKIS and HKIFM.
Wouter is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. His focus is on supporting companies in their strategic and investment decisions. Originally from the Netherlands, Wouter has been living and working in Asia in the past 13 years, of which the past 10 in Greater China .
Marjet was appointed Head of Travel Retail APAC in 2019 and moved to Hong Kong with her family in August 2020. She has been part of the Rituals family since 2012 and has played an instrumental role in the brand’s travel retail development. She was relocated to Hong Kong to lead the expansion and manage the current operation at a local level, as well as contributing the back office preparation for the Mainland expansion plans later this year/early next year.
Nicolas Morineaux joined LVMH group in 2001.
As the Vice President Finance & Operations of LVMH Fashion Group Asia Pacific since 2008, based in Hong Kong, Nicolas is in charge for business planning, internal control, accounting, supply chain, information systems & technology, and administration for the 7 Brands of the Fashion Group.
After a short experience in Paris with Esso-Exxon as Assistant Marketing, he relocated 5 years to Tokyo for Celine – LVMH as the Business Planning Control Manager then Sales & Marketing Manager for Celine Japan. Nicolas moved to New York in 2005 as a Vice-President Finance & Operations for LVMH Fashion Division North America.
Nicolas, a Master of Business Administration graduate from ESSEC Business School & Keio University - Keio Business School, currently resides in Hong Kong with his Japanese wife and their three children.
