Jessica has been serving families in Asia since 2003, specializing in Americans and international clients with cross border needs. She co-founded the Capital Company at the beginning of 2017 as a leading independent asset management and financial planning firm, bringing her experienced team to join a new expanded international practice.
Prior to her time at The Capital Company, Jessica co-founded EXS Capital Asia Limited in early 2008, running the firm’s wealth management practice. She served as a Responsible Officer and head of Operations and Compliance for the firm until the end of 2016. She and her team built a substantial asset management and financial planning practice during their time at EXS, which is part of the core of The Capital Company today.
Jessica is an expert in many areas including tax, financial, investments, and estate planning and specializes in serving Americans, US taxpayers and US investors living in outside the US. She and her team provide fee-based comprehensive wealth management and planning services and advise on a variety of complex family matters.
Before she moved to Tokyo in 2003, Jessica worked as a Registered Representative for Charles Schwab. She continues to be licensed in the U.S. today as a Registered Investment Advisor, insurance professional, and Trust and Estate Practitioner. While in Tokyo she completed her MBA at Temple University Japan and moved to Hong Kong in late 2007 to set up her own business.
Jessica lives in Hong Kong with her husband and two children. She is active in the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and supports a variety of non-profit organizations around the region. Jessica’s planning practice including providing pro- bono financial planning to women facing the loss of a spouse through death or divorce andadvocatingfordomesticworkersfacinghealthcareoremploymentcrises. Jessica is avid traveller and adventure racer.

Kathryn manages Lewis Silkin’s Hong Kong office and heads up its employment practice. She advises clients in the technology, financial and professional services, retail and advertising sectors on the full range of employment issues in Hong Kong, including complicated terminations, negotiated separation agreements, restrictive covenant disputes and litigation, defending claims in the labour tribunal and courts, discrimination issues, grievances and disciplinaries, performance issues, sickness absence, redundancies and restructuring, and data privacy.
Kathryn also undertakes a broad range of cross-jurisdictional work in Asia Pacific, such as implementing partnership programmes, coordinating global employee handbook reviews and the drafting of template employment documents, overseeing litigation, coordinating multi-country data privacy projects and cross-border restructuring, carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations, and advising on senior ex-pat relocation packages.
Kathryn frequently delivers bespoke training to clients in the region and regularly drafts articles and provides quotes on employment law topics for local media. She also speaks at and chairs conferences in Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK on a wide range of employment law topics.
She is dual-qualified in Hong Kong and England & Wales and listed as a recognised practitioner for Hong Kong employment law in Chambers and recommended in Who’s Who Legal.

Sandra co-founded Girls Just Wanna Have Fund$, a For-Impact Organisation dedicated to achieving financial independence for women+. Furthermore she is Managing Director of Centrium Advisory.
Sandra is a lawyer by training but investor at heart. She has a global portfolio of various asset classes derived from actively investing in deep technology opportunities, investment funds, and real estate. She is a frequent public speaker and thought leader on the topics of fund formation, decentralized ledger technology and its disruptive impact on the legal & financial markets, and the regulation of digital assets. She has made a commitment to mentor and pass on her knowledge to future generations.
Sandra is currently the Chairperson & President of the Association of Corporate Counsels Hong Kong, elected to be part of the Board of Directors & Executive Committee since 2017 as Treasurer. She is a member of the ACC Blockchain Steering Committee, Innovative and Emerging Technology Sub-Committee, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and a Mentor at The Women's Foundation in Hong Kong.
Sandra was the former Head of Legal & Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for Mercer Investments (HK) Limited. She is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Wu is admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
She specializes in VC/ Hedge fund/private equity fund formation, corporate law, and Mergers & Acquisitions, both in traditional assets and alternative assets.
